Embark on a gourmet journey where wine meets chocolate. Throughout the tasting, discover surprising pairings designed to delight and reveal the full richness of aromas. The chocolates, sourced from exceptional terroirs – Dominican Republic, Tanzania, Honduras, Haiti, Cameroon, Colombia, Mexico and Togo – offer a wide range of flavors: notes of honey, ripe fruits, caramel, coffee, gentle spices and subtle smoky touches. These creations are paired with wines from the Valais terroir of La Cave du Bonheur, bringing together distant origins and local craftsmanship. A warm and inviting experience, perfect for both the curious and enthusiasts, to be enjoyed without moderation… of pleasure. Artisanal chocolate by “Notes de Fèves”. From cocoa terroirs to the wines of Valais.
