ISABELLE ANÇAY
ISABELLE ANÇAY
From a wine-growing family in Fully, I have been working the vines since forever.

In 2004, I started with a personal production, then gradually expanded my plots in Fully and Leytron.
Today, Cave du Bonheur covers almost one hectare with a production approaching 10,000 bottles.
To share these wines, you can find me at regional markets with my « carré de dames ». Direct sales allow me to share my passion and the story of each bottle.
My wines are also present in about thirty restaurants in Gstaad, Valais, Geneva, Vaud Riviera and Fribourg, with restaurateurs and sommeliers who share my vision of terroir.
SUSTAINABLE VITICULTURE
Integrated production, lunar calendar and manual harvest
Two plant protection treatments if necessary, complemented by natural solutions: Bordeaux mixture and seaweed. I work the soil and promote natural balance.
My estate is entirely grassed with 70-80% biodiversity. I manage all work from plot to bottling, entrusting vinification to partner oenologists.
I produce an expressive and living wine that reflects my commitment without artifice. My ambition: let the grape speak, keeping a light hand and an open mind.

Lunar cycles guide my key moments: pruning, disbudding, leaf thinning, harvest, bottling. A pragmatic observation where the vine reacts with consistency.

TRIBUTE TO DONNATIENNE HAENNI-DESHUSSES
Through her talent, she gave a soul to each bottle. Her spirit accompanies me in every moment shared around wine.
