Natural grass cover — testimony to my sustainable viticulture
Integrated production following the lunar calendar with manual family harvests. Grassed vines promoting 90% biodiversity. My grape varieties: Fendant, Sylvaner, Humagne Blanche, Petite Arvine, Gamay, Gamaret, Syrah.
At the estate, I have chosen sustainable viticulture, respectful of the vine, soil and the environment. A craftsman approach that resembles me, without dogma but with conviction.
