Cave du Bonheur was established in 2004 in Leytron. From the very beginning, I chose a sustainable approach to viticulture that respects the vines, the soil, and the environment. It is a handcrafted, artisanal philosophy that reflects who I am—without dogma, but with conviction. All vineyard work, from pruning to harvest, is carried out in accordance with the rhythms of the lunar calendar. I am neither organically certified nor biodynamic, but I favour a careful and respectful approach to cultivating the land. A very small estate, covering less than one hectare across the municipalities of Leytron and Fully.
